Ordering Courses
What is your shipping policy?
All CALISO online courses and downloads are delivered online upon registration. There are no physical shipments of any products. An order confirmation will be displayed with ALL necessary links to sign-up and start your course. We recommend you print or save this record for future reference. You will also immediately receive the same information in an email, as well a credit card purchase receipt. If you do not receive the two emails from CALISO in your In Box, please check your SPAM box.
What is your refund policy?
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you register in any of our online courses and are not satisfied with the content, let CALISO know within 30 days of registration, and BEFORE you complete the course or are issued the online certificate: CALISO will refund 100% of the registration fee. CALISO is confident that you will like any course we offer, take some of the other courses, and also recommend them to others. We are proud of our achievement and want to show it through the explicit satisfaction guarantee that other trainers cannot offer.
Is the credit card transaction secure?
The credit card registration is done through a secure socket, so there is no risk to your credit card information, which is protected and cannot be intercepted.
Can I get a discount for registering multiple trainees?
Yes. Receive a 15% for registering 10 users or more. The global discount rate is capped at 15%, so the group discount will replace your SAE discount of 5%. If you register multiple users, you will receive a password for each.
Can I purchase by PO?
PO and DD 1556 purchases are available for corporate and Federal Government accounts: For any questions or PO order, email CustomerService@sae.org; or call 1-877-606-7323 (U.S. and Canada) or 724-776-4970 (outside US and Canada).
What is the course provider privacy policy?
Caliso Corp. is committed to respecting your online privacy and recognizes your need for appropriate protection and management of any personally identifiable information you share with us. See CALISO's Privacy Policy.
If the course is for another person(s), can I use my own name during registration?
Yes. The trainee(s) will have the opportunity to enter their own name during the signup process.
What happens after I register?
Upon registration using Visa, America Express, or MasterCard you will receive an invoice, and an E-mail notification with the password and link to login and take the class.
How long do I have access to the course?
All course registrations are systematically deleted from the system after three years, so you need to complete your course within the three year period.
Taking Courses
Are the courses IRCA or RABQSA approved?
The courses are CALISO approved and recognized by registrars and hiring companies as evidence of effective training on standards and regulations. They are not IRCA nor RABQSA approved. These costly and lengthy certifications are only useful if you wish to work for a Registrar.
Do the course have prerequisites?
The online courses do not have any prerequisites except for the AUDITOR course. Trainees need to take the course on the particular standard before taking the AUDITOR course. That is why it is recommended to take the LEAD AUDITOR COURSES, which incorporate training on the standard and auditing to the standard. LEAD AUDITOR COURSES have no prerequisites.
How do I access the course for which I registered?
Go to the description page of your course and click on the "First-time sign-in" link at the bottom of the page.
Where do I go to continue a course I have already started?
Go to the description page of your course and click on the "Return to the course" link at the bottom of the page.
I forgot my User ID or password, what do I do?
Go to the description page of your course and click on the "Lost my password or User ID" link at the bottom of the page.
How does the program score the quizzes?
It will circle YOUR Answer and put a CHECKMARK in front of the CORRECT answer. If the checkmark is circled, it means that you selected the correct answer.
Can I go back to look at the previous training slides?
Yes, by using the PREVIOUS button at the bottom of the training pages.
Can I go back to look at the training slides or quizzes once I finish the course?
No, you cannot. Once you finish the course, you cannot access the course material anymore. You will only be able to access your certificate by logging into the course.
Can I retake a quiz?
No, sorry, you cannot.
Is there a time limit on finishing the course?
There is no time limit once you start the course, but all course registrations are systematically deleted from the system after three years. So, you need to complete your course within the three year period.
I got a message saying that my session has ended, what do I do?
That occurs when you stay more than 25 minutes without any activity logged in an online training course. You need to quit the browser and start again.
I get an error when I try to have my first quiz scored, what do I do?
Your Browser cookies must be disabled.
I think the program is not scoring properly, what do I do?
It is most probably a misunderstanding on how the scoring is done. The program will put a checkmark in front of the correct answer, and circle your answer. If the checkmark is inside the circle, you selected the correct answer. If not, the checkmark will indicate the correct answer, and your answer will be circled with a cross inside it. If you still have doubts, please continue taking the course, print the questions with their answers and then print the scored answers. If there are discrepancies, fax it to us for review at 509-756-6053.
How can I access my training certificate?
All you need to do is log back in with your User ID and Password. Your certificate will be displayed for you to view or to print, for three years after your initial registration.
